This service is only available to our UK customers, once per year.

Before donating, please ensure that:

• You are sending garments from the UK
• All garments are washed
• All donations are or have previously been part of the Baukjen range
• Donations must be a minimum of 2 items and a maximum of 15kg

How to donate:

• Complete the donation form below
• Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to book a collection or return, free of charge
• Print your email confirmation and include it in your donation (we can’t assign your voucher without)
• Pack your clean items and email confirmation ready for return

Once we receive your donation, we will send you a £20 gift voucher to say thank you.
